AHSEC Class 12 Online Service

Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) has launched an e-service for Online Documents Correction, Issue of Duplicate Certificate, Gap Permission and Migration Certificate. So from now on the students will be able to apply online for the services mentioned above, Some Students also have lost some documents they can now apply for a new document. Students who want to migrate can also apply for a Migration Certificate. You can also select how would you want to receive your corrected or Duplicate documents? AHSEC Correction of Documents

Apply for correction of documents issued from AHSEC using this e-service such as Registration Card, Admit Card, Marksheet, and Pass Certificate. You will have to submit the original copy of the document/s at the official Address at the earliest, either physically or via postal after successful processing of your application. In case of postal delivery of the corrected documents, The Council will dispatch your certificate only after receiving the original document/s. You will receive SMS and Email updates once your application gets approved, moreover, You can also check your application status by using the method we have provided.

AHSEC Issue of Duplicate Documents

Apply for obtaining duplicate documents issued from AHSEC using this e-service. Many students reported they have lost their original documents or the documents got damaged partially or fully, So those who lost their original AHSEC documents or the documents got damaged they will be able to apply for a second copy of AHSEC documents.

AHSEC Issue of Migration Certificate

Apply for a migration certificate in case you want to study on another board for higher education or so. You will have to submit the original copy of the AHSEC Registration Card at Dispatch Branch physically or by post at the official address, we have mentioned. In case of postal delivery of the migration certificate, The AHSEC will dispatch your Migration certificate only after receiving the original AHSEC Registration Card. How long does AHSEC take to process the Corrected, Duplicate and Migration Certificate?

After your application gets approved, you need to submit the original certificate (in some cases) after that only you’ll get the your document from AHSEC, So it usually takes 7 days to 15 days
