1. Social Development Specialist

• No of Posts: 01
• Qualification: MA in Sociology/Economics or Master of Social Work.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Social Audit and rights of the poor.
• Age Limit: Up to 45 years as on 01-01-2025.
• Remuneration: Rs. 50,000/- per month.

2. State Audit Expert

• No of Posts: 04
• Qualification: MA in Sociology/Economics or Master of Social Work.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Audit.
• Age Limit: Up to 40 years as on 01-01-2025.
• Remuneration: Rs. 40,000/- per month.

3. District Resource Person

• No of Posts: 05
• Qualification: MA in Sociology/Economics or Master of Social Work.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Audit.
• Age Limit: Up to 38 years as on 01-01-2025.
• Remuneration: Rs. 30,000/- per month.

4. IT Specialist

• No of Posts: 01
• Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or a PG degree in Computer Application.
• Experience: Should know about MIS, software, and database development.
• Age Limit: Up to 38 years as on 01-01-2025.
• Remuneration: Rs. 30,000/- per month.

5. Accountant Cum Office Assistant

• No of Posts: 01
• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com).
• Experience: Preference for those with experience in accounts, budgeting, GST, TDS, and knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Tally.
• Age Limit: Up to 38 years as on 01-01-2025.
• Remuneration: Rs. 20,000/- per month.

6. Block Resource Person

• No of Posts: 36
• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: At least one year of work experience is desirable.
• Age Limit: Up to 38 years as on 01-01-2025.
• Remuneration: Rs. 12,000/- per month + TA/DA.

Other Details of ASSA Recruitment

Selection Process: The selection will be done in two steps. First, there’s a written test. If you get shortlisted, you’ll be called for a Personal Interview. The written test will cover Subject Knowledge, General Knowledge, and General English.
