Anundoram Borooah Award 2024
The Government of Assam launched Anundoram Borooah Award Scheme in 2005 which provides students with Laptops and financial assistance. Till 2019 the students were awarded a Laptop and 2 years of free internet. But from the year 2020 students are awarded money instead of laptops. Students who qualified for the HSLC exam with a minimum of 75% marks (star mark holders) are considered eligible for this scheme. Students need to fill out an online form to avail of the benefits. Eligibility Criteria of ARBA Scheme

Anandaram Baruah Award Prize Details
Students who qualified Class 10 exam with a minimum of 75% marks will be awarded an amount for financial assistance. Earlier students received laptops but from 2020 onwards govt is providing cash prices.
Award Amount: The amount of Rs.15,000 will be transferred to the bank account of the students
